All returns must be made within 21 days and are subject to approval. The item being returned must be in original packaging, unopened & unused. The return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receiving the return, Tulla Threads will notify purchaser by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Holiday Returns Extension

To accommodate gift giving, purchases made between November 12 and December 24 of every year are eligible for return through January 31, of the following year – providing the items are unopened, unused and in original packaging.
